This is THE window in Albuquerque for everything outdoors, including enjoying the company of friends and family. Bust out those pumpkins, the carving kits, some sloppy joes, and throw on some tunes for an epic weekend in the Q!
There are some great shows taking place this week, so take some time to support your local venues: Iron & Wine will be at The Historic El Rey Theater on Monday night, while Chicano Batman will be at the same venue the next night as they travel back through Albuquerque again to finish up their summer touring. Chicago rapper, Noname, will be at the Launchpad Wednesday night in support of her debut mixtape, Telefone, in what should be a don’t miss show. Boston rapper, Cousin Stizz, finishes the week off on Saturday night at the Launchpad.
Featuring new indie rock, hip-hop, electronic, and R&B from independent artists, like The Bishops, Silk Cinema, Porches, Du Tonc, Anna St. Louis, Mermaidens, and many more, as well as the 7Tracks2Back for this week!
Next show: Sunday, November 5th, 2017 (3:00-6:00am) on KUNM 89.9 FM (hosting “Overnight Freeform”)
