ABQ Back On Track Blog Radio – KUNM 89.9 FM (3:00-6:00am) – Sunday, November 5th, 2017

Everything’s perfect with the sporting world right now!  Got an awesome World Series this year, with the win going to a Southwest city that really could use the pick-me-up and moral boost.  Even I, as a diehard Boston/New England sports fan, could enjoy this much needed win by the Astros.  It came at the right time.  The Celtics are looking good, with a thrilling comeback win over the Thunder Friday night, and the Patriots are making crazy, questionable trades that will probably work in their favor again when all is said and done.  Oh, and the weather is perfect for playing Frisbee!  I can’t wait for the Albuturkey this year.  It’s great being a sports fan and participant!

There’s only one show of note going on this week, but it should be a great one!  Last week, I got really confused as I thought Chicago rapper, Noname, was performing at the Launchpad on Wednesday night last week.  Surprise!  She’s actually bringing her unique hip-hop style to Albuquerque this coming Wednesday, November 8th, in support of her debut mixtape, Telefone, in what should be a don’t miss show.

Check out the playlist for my latest blog radio show on KUNM!  You can also check out the two-week archive for past shows.

Featuring new indie rock, hip-hop, electronic, and R&B from independent artists, like Little Simz, Jonti, Parker, M.A.G.S., Have You Ever Seen the Jane Fonda Aerobic VHS?, VCR, and many more, as well as the 7Tracks2Back for this week!

Next show:  Sunday, November 12th, 2017 (3:00-6:00am) on KUNM 89.9 FM (hosting “Overnight Freeform”)
