You’ll just have to trust me when I say that I don’t only listen to young white male artists or leads in a band, even though my last post on Brett and this one have not held that claim to be true.  However, in the last couple of days there have been two pop music indie releases from a band who make music under the name, The Goon Sax.

I came across them while helping my daughter out with a weather crossword puzzle (“I hate these!  They’re just too hard for little kids!”) in her homework packet.  The Brisbane, Australian band of three teenagers (Riley Jones, Louis Forster, and James Harrison) formed in high school back in 2013, and are now a few days away from releasing their debut album, Up To Anything.

You want to mellow out to some awesome tracks with your child while doing some weather crossword puzzles?  I recommend these following tracks for that very purpose…
